Booking and payment
How do I book a convertible?
Send a request with your dates, the car and the pick-up place. We reply by email or WhatsApp within a few hours with availability and the final price, and the car is reserved once you confirm.
Do I have to pay online?
No. Nothing is charged when you send a request. The rental price is paid by card when you receive the car.
How much is the deposit?
Between €300 and €3,000 depending on the car. It is blocked on a credit card in the driver's name at handover and released after the car is returned.
Are there discounts for longer rentals?
Yes: 10% off for 3–6 days and 20% off for 7 days or more. The discount is already included in the price we confirm.
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 24 hours before pick-up. For summer weekends and the Mustang or Porsche, it is worth asking earlier.
Is insurance included?
Every rental includes basic insurance with an excess and 24/7 roadside assistance. Full cover without excess costs €19 per day extra.
What extras can I add?
A child seat for €6 per day, driving to France or Andorra for €5 per day and wedding ribbons for €40. Just mention them in your request.
Drivers and documents
How old do I need to be?
The minimum age is 23. For the Ford Mustang GT and the Porsche 911 it is 25.
What documents do I need?
A driving licence held for at least two years, a passport or ID card and a credit card in the driver's name for the deposit.
Is my non-EU licence valid?
Licences in Latin script are accepted. If yours uses another script, bring an International Driving Permit together with your original licence.
Can someone else drive?
Yes, a second driver is free. They need to meet the same age and licence requirements and show their documents at handover.
Can I use a debit card for the deposit?
No, the deposit must be blocked on a credit card in the driver's name. The rental price itself can be paid by card at handover.
On the road
How many kilometres are included?
300 km per day. Extra kilometres cost €0.20 to €0.60 each, depending on the car.
What is the fuel policy?
Full to full: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full.
Can I drive into Barcelona's low-emission zone (ZBE)?
Yes. All our cars have a DGT label C or ECO and may enter the ZBE.
Are there tolls around Barcelona?
Tolls on the AP-7 and C-32 motorways are paid by the driver. The C-31 Garraf coast road to Sitges is free.
Where can I park in Barcelona?
Blue zones (Àrea Blava) are paid street parking, while green zones are mainly for residents. The easiest option is your hotel garage or a public garage such as SABA or BSM.
Can I drive to France or Andorra?
Yes, for €5 per day. Just mention it in your request.
Delivery, return and cancellation
Where can you deliver the car?
Free to your hotel or apartment in central Barcelona. El Prat airport (T1/T2) and the cruise port cost €30, Sitges and Castelldefels €25, and other addresses in Catalonia are quoted.
What happens at handover and return?
At handover we do a short walk-around, take photos of the car together and explain the roof. At return we check the car and the fuel together, and the deposit is released.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up.
What if it rains?
If rain is forecast for your whole rental, you can move the dates free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up.
