How it works

No online payment and no small print: you send a request, we confirm availability and the final price, and you pay when you get the keys.

1. Send a requestChoose a car, your dates and where you want to pick it up: your hotel or apartment, El Prat airport, Sants station, the cruise port, Sitges or any other address. Requests need at least 24 hours' notice before pick-up, and nothing is charged when you send one.

2. We confirmWithin a few hours we reply by email or WhatsApp with availability and the final price, including any delivery fee and extras you asked for. Once you confirm, the car is reserved for you, and you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up.

3. Handover or deliveryWe bring the car to your hotel or address, or meet you at the airport, station or port. We do a short walk-around, take photos of the car together and show you how the roof works. You pay the rental price by card and the refundable deposit is blocked on your credit card.

4. On the roadYou have 300 km per day included and the car comes with a full tank. Every car has a DGT label C or ECO, so you can drive into Barcelona's low-emission zone (ZBE). If anything goes wrong, 24/7 roadside assistance is included.

5. ReturnBring the car back to the agreed place at the agreed time with a full tank, or we collect it from your hotel. We check it together against the handover photos, and the deposit is released from your card.

What to bring

A driving licence held for at least two years, your passport or ID card and a credit card in the main driver's name. Non-EU licences in Latin script are accepted; otherwise bring an International Driving Permit together with your licence. The minimum age is 23, or 25 for the Mustang GT and Porsche 911.

Deposit and payment

Nothing is paid online. The rental price is paid by card at handover. A refundable deposit of €300 to €3,000, depending on the car, is blocked on a credit card in the driver's name and released after the car is returned. Rentals of 3–6 days get 10% off, 7 days or more 20% off.

Delivery places and fees

Delivery and collection at your hotel or apartment in central Barcelona are free. El Prat airport (T1 or T2) and the cruise port cost €30, Sitges and Castelldefels €25. For other addresses in Catalonia we quote the fee with your price.

Insurance and breakdowns

Every rental includes basic insurance with an excess and 24/7 roadside assistance. Full cover without excess costs €19 per day extra. In case of a breakdown or accident, call the assistance number you receive at handover and let us know by WhatsApp.
